Amount of Help
You can give help of any amount in multiples of INR-4000 ranges from INR-4000 to INR-48,000 on every single Member's Panel. Out of this amount 25% of help amount is to be paid in form of activation pins available from your upline & 75% of help amount is to be paid using help links issued by system of Small Wonder.

Re-Committment of Help
You can give help of any amount equals to more then previous help given by you on same member's panel in multiples of INR-4000 ranges from INR-4000 to INR-48,000 on every single Member's Panel. Out of this amount 25% of help amount is to be paid in form of activation pins available from your upline & 75% of help amount is to be paid using help links issued by system of Small Wonder.

Return on Giving Help
You will earn 50% weekly for 4 weeks from date of Confirmation of Committment made by you with the system of Small Wonder. You will also get instant Fund of 200% in system of Small Wonder to generate Activation Pins to Invest in multiples of INR-4,000 ranges from INR-4,000 to INR-48,000.

Direct Income
You will earn 10% of all help given by members sponsored by you in system of Small Wonder. Any Re-Committment made by your Direct Members will be counted as 25% for calculating the amount of Direct Income.

Fast Track Bonus Income
On Completing directs equals to 4 times of your Initial Committment within 96 hours of Registration, you will earn Fast Track Bonus equals to 75% of Initial Committment made by you.

( OR ) On Completing directs equals to 10 times of your Initial Committment within 15 Days of Registration, you will earn Fast Track Bonus equals to 100% of Initial Committment made by you.

Only highest achieved Fast Track Income will be credited to your E-Wallet.


Service Agreement
The Service Agreement as set forth herein shall govern the relationship between the Client and the Company and is effective immediately after the Client have opened the Client's account at the Company and shall be valid till the Client's account is closed.

General Terms

1. The Company does not provide advice on the suitability of the Company's services offered for the Client's particular circumstances, nor do the Company exercise any judgment on the Client's behalf, especially relating to the tax position. It is the Client's responsibility to take independent advice as to the suitability of facilities for the Client's particular circumstances. No information on the Company's web site should be considered a recommendation or solicitation to invest in any particular service.

2. The limits for deposit of funds for each participant is minimum 3,000 INR to maximum 36,000 INR at a particular time. One person can have only seven ID on his name. Your Pro-Units deposits are confirmed only after you transfer full 100% amount deposited - to another participant.

3. 50% of all profits earned by you in form of Direct / Fast Track Bonus / Profit earned on Initial Committment will be credited to your Pin-Fund which can be used to Activate your/your's downline's committment.

4. The Client must be legal age in their country to open an account at the Company, and in all the cases the Client's minimal age must be 18 years.

5. If the Client does not agree with the current account balance information relating to the account transactions, he/she must inform the Company immediately. If appropriate, the Client should send a claim to the Company enclosing the copies of the necessary documents in the event of a non-acknowledged transaction, a failed transaction or a problem concerning the settlement of a transaction.

6. The Company reserves the right not to act on instructions provided by the Client if the Company is not satisfied as to their authenticity. The Company reserves the right to contact the Client regarding withdrawal requests or other transactions in order to perform security checks.

7. The Company will not be liable or responsible for the consequences of any delay or any loss arising as a result of being unable to contact the Client to complete the security checks The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from delay in the transmission of the funds due to causes beyond its control. The Company shall not be held responsible for any losses or damages occurring as a result of military force, political intervention, the prescriptions of domestic or foreign authorities or events occurring as a result of catastrophe or Act of God.

8. The Company shall have the right at any time to amend the Service Agreement. Such amendments shall be notified to the Client by email and in the absence of any written objections shall be deemed to have been accepted after a period of one week has elapsed.

9. For any violations proved by CRO or refusal to provide documents requested by CRO, you will be immediately and permanently deleted from the System.

10. The System consists of two main buttons: PROVIDE HELP and GET HELP. The moment you register, you press the PROVIDE HELP button, which means you agree to transfer your money as per request. When you want to Get Help , you press the GET HELP button. If participant didn't provide Help at the time of registration - ID will be automatically deleted from the System.

11. First the System calculates the amount of requests for payments (GET HELP button). And then, as per these calculations it will send request for transfers RANDOMLY to the participants (PROVIDE HELP button). Not necessarily, but a request for transfer may or may not occur within a month.

12. As per the request of the System, a participant MUST transfer money WITHIN 72 HOURS, from his personal account to the account of the specified participant. Also, the System gives more hours if it is a weekend or holiday. In case the participant refuses to transfer the money as per the System's request - this particular participant will permanently be DELETED from the System. The particular request is forwarded to another participant.

13. Participants MUST link Personal Bank Account to Accounts of the System from the second Purchase of PRO-UNITS. ONLY the first time when you buy PRO-UNITS – you can choose BY CASH option.

14. After you link your Bank Account to Accounts of the System – you CANNOT make any other transactions in this account, except transactions connected to Small Wonder. For withdrawal you can use another bank account, and it can be from any Bank in Around The World.

15. For transferring the funds you can use NEFT, Online Banking or direct Cash Deposit. Transfer charges will always be paid by Receiver.

Every participants can have structure under him. all participants must be aware about all the activities and updates going on in Small Wonder. The upline is answerable to his upline about his team. Every participants must learn and abide the Rules on the website and browse the site every day; be able to answer any questions about the Rules questioned by his upline; send the scan of ID proof to CRO. be in position to always take responsibility of his downline participants and always assist them
